As a well networked senior manager, I have over twenty
years’ quality experience in a variety of challenging roles
in the NHS at local and national levels. I am now looking
to build on this experience to work in the wider healthcare
environment.
I have a proven record of shaping and transforming service
development and reconfiguration, developing partnerships
and negotiating contracts. Sound financial management
skills, a sure-footed handling of complex and politically
sensitive issues, and experience of clinical engagement
including GP commissioning.
I believe that leading by example whilst adapting to
change, and a hands-on management style, brings increased
standards and benefits for patients and the public. I am
now looking to undertake a challenging and developmental
role that offers a genuine opportunity for further career
progression.
